Once the ref shouts "play ball", players will rush for the balls on their left. Both teams will run head-to-head for the centre ball.

Once the ref shouts "play ball", players will rush for the balls on their left. Both teams will run head-to-head for the centre ball.
Any catch on a live ball will be valid. Balls are live once thrown, until they hit a surface, or are caught.
If a catch is made, the player who threw the ball will be out and a player on the catcher's team will be back in.
Any player struck with a live ball by an opposing player is out.
Headshots do not count, unless intentionally blocked with the head.
Players are able to use a ball in their possession to block an incoming ball. If the ball is knocked from their possession, they are out.
Remember, it's social dodgeball! Share the dodgeballs with your team and make sure everyone has a good time!
Keep your eyes on the ball and be ready to dodge at any moment.
